Love this pre workout, it tastes delicious and doesn’t give you the shakes.

I’m impressed! I burnt 100 more calories than normal in my workout , I don’t have cravings around 1pm like usual. It tastes fine- I would recommend using very cold water or chill in the fridge before drinking. I will be ordering again!

I had high hopes about the taste. Reminded me of the yellow antibiotics oral solution they give when you’re a kid. Could not handle the taste or smell. Felt sick to my stomach. Unfortunately it’s a no from me. I understand it’s not for the taste and more for the workout but it’s not something I’d be able to consume.

This is the best tasting pre workout I have ever had!! It doesn't have a powdery texture like some other brands I've tried, it blends so well and it does not give you shaky or jittery energy! It's a constant release of energy and it just feels so good, like you can do anything!!

This stuff is amazing, I’ve tried quite a few pre-workouts and this gives me great energy, absolutely no skin itches and not to mention tastes genuinely nice. (And incase you need any more convincing, I took this for a before-work gym sesh and managed to hit two PBs at 7am!)

Tasty preworkout without the bad tingles or jitters! Is it sad that I look forward to it every morning?

I may have a slight addition but this stuff gets me through my workouts AND my day. Increases my mood drastically. It can turn a bad day into a good day and give me motivation and focus. It has helped me throughout university when working on essays and exams! I just wish the price was cheaper as its quite expensive for what you get - especially if you have it once daily. Maybe a bigger bag could be made with a cheaper price for those that want to purchase it in larger amounts.

I take this at 5:30 on an empty stomach and it has gotten rid of the post-workout crash. I also drink significantly less coffee, sometimes not at all, during the day after. I recommend trying less than the recommended dose and seeing how you feel. Conflicted because this is the most EXPENSIVE pre-workout I’ve tried - ordering from the EU means that I paid 46 GBP for one bag (not including shipping) because of customs fees. However, I haven’t found an alternative with this formulation/ratio of caffeine to beta alanine - the majority have less caffeine (100mg) and more beta alanine (3000mg) than Shreddy per serve. Shreddy has almost exactly the OPPOSITE ratio but with 250mg of caffeine. Beta alanine causes tingling, so I prefer the Shreddy formulation.

The best preworkout I’ve had. I’ve tried multiple and they’ve left me jittery, with headaches etc later on in the day but this is just what I need for my morning sessions. Tastes amazing and is gluten free too!
