Suggested Use

Packaging

Our pouches are fully compostable and conforms to BS EN 13432! Our pouches contain:

Natureflex - Cellulose made from sustainably grown eucalyptus trees from managed plantations.
Bio-Polymer - bio-polymer derived from natural resources such as sugarcane, cassava and corn.

Disposal:

Ideally, dispose of the pack in the organic/food waste collection bin or in a home compost bin. However, if you’ve got no separate collection of organic waste, then it can be disposed of in the residual waste bin and will still decompose fully in landfill.

Due to the complete compostability of our pouches, the printing on the pouch is therefore a little more fragile than usual and you may see small silver marks when the pouches arrive to you. This is the best print level we can achieve to ensure it breaks down fully in the environments set out above. Please be advised this is not a product defect and in no way affects the content of the pouch.

Why has it taken me so long to order?!

I’m impressed! I burnt 100 more calories than normal in my workout , I don’t have cravings around 1pm like usual. It tastes fine- I would recommend using very cold water or chill in the fridge before drinking. I will be ordering again!

Not great :(

I had high hopes about the taste. Reminded me of the yellow antibiotics oral solution they give when you’re a kid. Could not handle the taste or smell. Felt sick to my stomach. Unfortunately it’s a no from me. I understand it’s not for the taste and more for the workout but it’s not something I’d be able to consume.

Tastiest pre workout in the world

This is the best tasting pre workout I have ever had!! It doesn't have a powdery texture like some other brands I've tried, it blends so well and it does not give you shaky or jittery energy! It's a constant release of energy and it just feels so good, like you can do anything!!

The best pre I have ever tried

This stuff is amazing, I’ve tried quite a few pre-workouts and this gives me great energy, absolutely no skin itches and not to mention tastes genuinely nice. (And incase you need any more convincing, I took this for a before-work gym sesh and managed to hit two PBs at 7am!)

Works magic if you don't mind jitters & sweetness!

I had a great workout going above and beyond my normal limits. However, I found two negatives from this product. It was far far too sweet for me tasking almost sickly and since my workout I have felt cold and shaking. Unsure weather this is a result of the pre-workout or just going above my usual limits. I will try 2/3 of the suggested 10g next time and see how i get on. The product definitely works!
