Enter our SHREDDY SUPERGREENS TikTok Competition for your chance to win 1 of 5 £1,000 cash prizes.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Shreddy Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number: 12231699 and registered address: First Floor, 17-19 Foley Street, London, England, W1W 6DW

2. The Competition

2.1. The title of the Competition is SHREDDY SUPERGREENS TikTok Competition.

2.2. The Competition will run from 6:00pm BST on Wednesday 8 May 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 5:00pm BST on Monday 27 May 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

2.3. Every 3 days, from 15 May 2024 until 27 May 2024, SHREDDY will choose and announce a £1,000 cash prize winner, with 5 x prize winners in total.

3. How to Enter

3.1 In order to enter the Competition, the participant will need to be following @shreddy on TikTok.

3.2. For SHREDDY to receive an entry, the participant will need to post a TikTok video on their profile featuring SHREDDY SUPERGREENS and tagging @shreddy (participants can enter as many times as they wish by posting multiple videos).

3.3. The Promoter will not accept:

(a) responsibility for Competition entries that are submitted outside of the Opening and Closing Date.

(b) any entries consisting of any inappropriate content, including but not limited to obscenity, nude images or foul language; or

(c) entries that contain incorrect tags.

3.4 All entrants (including the winners) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Competition. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize. (“Entry” or “Entries”).

3.5. By submitting a Competition entry (via tagging @shreddy, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions).

4. Eligibility

4.1. This Competition is open to individuals in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, sponsors of the Competition and their employees who are directly associated with the administration of the Competition.

4.2. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

4.3. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

5. The Prize

5.1.There are 5 x £1,000 GBP cash prizes (individually “the Prize”) to be won. 

5.2 Prize winners will be chosen and announced on the following dates (the Announcement Dates) between the Opening and Closing Date:

  • Wednesday 15th May 2024: 1 x £1,000 GBP 
  • Saturday 18th May 2024: 1 x £1,000 GBP
  • Tuesday 21st May 2024: 1 x £1,000 GBP 
  • Friday 24th May 2024: 1 x £1,000 GBP
  • Monday 27th May 2024: 1 x £1,000 GBP

5.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

5.4. Should you be a winner of a prize, you will be contacted by a representative of SHREDDY, who will assist you with receiving your prize.

6. Winner Selection & Contact:

6.1. The Competition entries will be judged by a panel of three judges who will choose their favourite content. The decision of the panel of judges will be final.

6.2. The Promoter will send the full names of the judges to anyone who writes to the Promoter within 1 week after the Closing Date of the Competition requesting details of the judges.

6.3. The decision of the Promoter is final.

6.4. The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Dates via direct message on TikTok.

6.5. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the @name of the winners on TikTok, if applicable, their winning entries after the Announcement Date(s).

6.6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [hello@shreddy.com]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1. Please allow 30 days for the delivery of the prize OR If you are a winner of the prize, you will have 10 working days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by.

7.2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner(s). If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 5 working days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

7.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of Competition Entries and Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and the Promoter will be able to use the content submitted on their social platforms.

9.2. By submitting your Competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

(b) waive all moral rights, in and to your Competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

9.3. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.shreddy.com, on its Instagram account (@shreddy), it's TikTok account (@shreddy) and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Competition entry.

10. Data Protection and Publicity

10.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

10.2. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.

11. General

11.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.

11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

11.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11.4 This Competition is affiliated in no way with our app service providers; Apple or Google or social media platforms; Instagram or TikTok.

12. Governing Law

12.1. This agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
